Ok, all my bloated, gassy ladies and gents out there...this book could help.
Look, I am not afraid to admit that I get bloated from time to time. And gassy.... but don't we all? And just like all those bloated girlies out there on the tok.. (and dudes of course), I have been searching for a solution.
I'm not saying this book gave ME that solution, but it was very helpful. This book is full of some great practical advice. I especially liked the quiz you can take to narrow down the root cause of your gut issues. By no means does this replace a doctor's diagnosis, but it is a good start. I also thought the details given on the supplements was very helpful. Yep, I highlighted and tagged this book all up! I really liked the Low Fodmap food choices and examples as well.
Overall, this book was informative and I can see that it probably would help quite a few readers out there. It was not the solution for me but I will take things I learned from this book and apply them to my daily habits.
